A very First Week

First of all, I want to make an announcement.

The biggest one.

Finally, I got a job! Bruhh!!

After applying countless application letters to the companies in many places. I really did it!

However, it took several times until I received an interview’s invitation call. But, it’s totally okay.

The pandemic that is still happening until today really give a huge impact towards the economy, global market, local companies, and others. Thus, it’s hard to find and look for a job in outer of the original region. I had sent some application letters in Semarang, but sadly, none of them gave me a positive feedback.

Long story short, here I am, sitting in my chair in the office on my 9th day of my workdays.

I want to say thank you to my parents for their never-ending-support and prayers on me. Then, thanks to the almighty Allah SWT that give me an opportunity to having a job in this uncertain situations.

Moreover, the company where I am working recently is a kind of cozy places. Plants are everywhere! It is located in the north of Surakarta city. So that I required an estimated 30–40 minutes to get there. However, if I catch the rain up on the way home, it can be slower than usual. Even though, the tiredness comes into a multiple. I don’t really mind it, somehow.

On the first week, I had a task to do an observation through the export commodities in the company. Including the products, materials, machine, as well as the human resources.

Making daily reports was the tasks that I did just right after doing the observations. For your information, I only sat on my chair for 2 hours out of 8 hours of the working hours. I spent the time in a productions building located in the very back of the company. The good news is I could meet with various types of staff, employees, securities, and so on.

Well, it’s just beginning. Let’s see how it’s going!
